Property Manager/Business Development Manager

Our growing team is seeking a Property Manager/Business Development Associate who values communication and provides professional property management services to protect our investor's assets while addressing any tenant/resident concerns.
As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to manage a robust and dynamic pipeline within our CRM, respond to inbound leads, meet with qualified leads to educate them on our available residential properties and convert them into perfect-fit tenants and investors. You'll also be responsible for completing the necessary paperwork to onboard new investors, performing move-ins/move-outs, and maintaining regular communication with our investors to ensure their peace of mind.
In addition to your property management responsibilities, you'll also have the opportunity to identify new business opportunities and drive growth for the company through the acquisition of new properties and the development of strategic partnerships.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in residential property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly. You should also be a great listener, a clear communicator on the phone, by email, and in person, and consistently perform at a high level.

This is a full-time position and, depending on the office location, may require licensing. Base Salary can range from $50,000 - $70,000 plus the possibility of commission and bonuses.
