We are growing our team and looking for someone who understands the value of communication and provides professional property management services to protect our investor's assets and listen to any tenant/resident concerns.

This position will be responsible for many aspects of the property management cycle including making great first impressions with potential clients. By the use of technology, processes, and systems we will create a consistent client experience and hopefully have some fun along the way. The Property Manager is both a filter that saves the company from taking on tenants that do not match our standards and a magnet that will attract perfect-fit tenants for years to come.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and effectively
  • Meet with, and educate, qualified leads on our available residential properties
  • Qualify and convert prospects into residents
  • Complete the necessary forms and paperwork to onboard new tenants
  • Manage a robust and dynamic pipeline within our CRM with current notes and statuses
  • Learn our unique policies and procedures and relevant real estate regulations
  • Build relationships with our tenants and learn our best customer success stories
  • Move ins/ Move outs of our propertiers
  • Regular communication with our investors to ensure they have the peace of mind that our properties are being looked after.

  • Experience in Residential Property Management is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
